Prime Strategy & Planning with RWDI and Quadrangle Architects, completed a review of the Enbridge building incentive program, Savings by Design Program. This review considered updates to the program to ensure it defines leadership in building design, supports a net zero climate change agenda and that it is well aligned with other programs. The revised program emphasizes the initial step of using integrated design process, early in the building design process and clearly defines coordination with the approvals process. The building performance requirements have been revised and include a path to net zero and reporting on important energy and greenhouse gas metrics.  

Prime also supports Enbridge Gas on leadership recognition, profile of program success and engaging with low carbon partnerships on signature projects.
