Prime Strategy & Planning with Quinn & Partners, facilitated the development of a Climate Strategy Plan including Cap and Trade, for the CRH Canada Mississauga Plant. The project team provided support working with staff, to coordinate activities and actions, corporately and for plant operations. The team provided best practice research and facilitated sessions with internal CRH staff from corporate and operations.  Prime also provides strategic planning support to CRH for sites in Ontario.
